What Happens When You Walk In

No appointment is needed for most repairs, though booking ahead is always welcome — it lets us prepare and means you're seen promptly. When you walk in:

When Parts Need to Be Ordered

For less common phone models — older devices, niche Android brands, certain iPad generations — we may not have the specific part in stock. In these cases, we order the part and contact you when it arrives, typically the next working day. We never start a repair without confirming the part is in hand.
